“Pursuing Healing"

Because of what Jesus did on the Cross, you are healed.

If you received the newsletter last month, you will have read the powerful prophetic word spoken by Chuck Pierce at Shekinah Church in Ann Arbor in January of this year concerning a ‘new wine’ healing mantle for Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Part of that message read: “There’s new ground coming this year. He (God) says, “I will be expanding your ground in a new way and I will be putting on you a healing mantle. This will be a new wine healing,” saith the Lord. “It will not be the way healing has manifested in the past season. This will be new wine; people will drink in healing here. And I say, ‘wear the mantle and bring the mantle from the heavens into the people so they begin to wear it.’”

At our New Wineskins Renewal Meeting last month, we were blessed by the ministry of Margaret Bergeson who came from Shekinah Church to impart that healing mantle to our Healing Rooms ministry teams and all those present at that meeting.

Our first evening of ministry in the Healing Rooms following Margaret’s impartation was very powerful. We had six guests that night, and the Holy Spirit downloaded the ministry team with words of wisdom for each guest as they ministered to their need. After her session, one of the guests told me: “You have one powerful ministry here.” I believe she met the One Powerful Healer in that room.

In March, our guest speaker was Cindy Cox from Life Christian Church in Troy, who was healed of 4^th stage melanoma without any medical intervention. Cindy came and shared her journey to healing with us in a powerful way, giving glory to God alone for her healing. After she was healed, she wrote her first book, “A Blessed Journey: Through Terminal Cancer to Divine Healing”, available in our bookstore, or online at www.ablessedjourney.com. Shortly after her healing, Cindy began to teach the “Illness Recovery” class at the church, which continues today, on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m.

Clearly, it is God’s will to heal people today! Visit the Healing Rooms on the 1^st & 3^rd Mondays for your personal healing session, and on the 2^nd & 4^th Mondays to search the Scriptures concerning this healing purchased for us on the Cross. We will be using Cindy Cox’s workbook, “A Healing Journey”, available for purchase in our bookstore. This is a 15-lesson study.  Start with us on May 10^th, or jump in any time that you are able.
